Good Morning,
Well last week your board spent 2.5 days in meetings working on many items that needed attention at Foxhunt. This included such things as completion on renovations; new voting proceedures; the 2008 budget, etc.
I should have the minutes of the meeting very soon and will pass along the pertainent information as soon as I do. I would try and give you full details now but I want to make sure that I do not miss anything and therefore would prefer to wait until that time.
With that said I will give you one piece of advanced information and that is that we approved the installation of the new phone syetem (from our existing co.) which will aloow unlimited calling in N. America; high speed internet and more TV viewing choices.
The one thing I can assure you is that things are progressing very nicely with the renovations and the properties that are completed look great. Everyone who has seened them have nothing but positive things to report.

Its nice to see a POA attempting to communicate with its owners. I congratulate you on your efforts. We'll be arriving at Foxhunt Saturday for our first visit. I sure hope we get a unit that has had some refurbishment rather than one of the dumps. What is the progresson units (how many, what percentage)? Also, your November note indicates approval to replace the phone system and install high speed internet capability. Has this been done? Thanks for any info you can provide.
