The wireless internet connection and VOIP phone per unit sounds like a great idea.

Thank you,Jim,for your prompt response to my E-mail.
Alan Naber
Alan,
It was nice to speak with you today and hope thata you found it valuable and informative. As i said I do not like the asessment either but in order to keep Foxhunt alive it was a necessay evil.
If someone needs to be blamed please loom at 4 of the board members who ran the board from 1990 to last year. While I was a member from 2002 to present the other members would vote against every productive motion I made including the website. I guess they were afraid to be in touch with the owners..wanted to keep them in the dark.
They also never collected a reserve for future needs. That is why we are in the condition we are in today. if we had a reserve account the money would have been there today and no assessment would have been needed.
Again, it was good to talk to you today and please feel free to call me if you have any questions or suggestions.

I like the idea of the wireless internet. I hope there will be no additional fee for that service. Is there a way to receive the minutes/letters via internet and not USPS? It would save time and money.
David,
There will be no charge for the broadband internet as it is included in the annual fee. We are told it will probably be available in early 2008.
You will also have additional TV channels and unlimited long distance calling from your unit ..within the USA ..at no cost..

I can only hope the housekeeping will be better. The last five years it has been dreadfull. We complain every year and nothing is ever done. We had three things that were broken when we arrived. We called and was told some one would be right over, guess what, we were there the whole week and no one showed up. I hope our unit is one that has been updated, from the pictures they look great. The assessment fee is very high for retired people like us, we would love to have something to show for it.
Thanks for letting us vent.
Carol
Carol,
I have been diligently working on getting better housekeeping and maintenance.
I have had meetings with Alan Grindstaff, President of MasterCorp, our housekeeping company and told him what I expected. I think we will get things on track as we have come up with a plan to get more and better help.
Jim Barnett
Thank you for your answer, has Foxhunt unit 1514 been refurbished yet?
If we have problems this year who is the best person to contact?
Carol,
The update is scheduled for March assuming the assessment money is paid on time. Please note this is our plans and hopefully that will not change.
If you have problems when there talk to Lisa or Debbie at the office and also call me at 704-661-1001 if you do not get results.
Have a wonderful time there.!!!
